X2Pro Audio Convert
X2Pro Audio Convert, which integrates Final Cut Pro X into professional audio workflows, is a ‘big hit’ with Trailer Park Boys. The popular Netflix show which follows the booze-fueled misadventures of three longtime pals and petty serial criminals running scams from their Nova Scotia trailer park, is edited by Jeremy Harty, supervising editor for Trailer Park Boys and Swearnet.com.

X2Pro Audio Convert which integrates Final Cut Pro X into the professional audio workflow has been used by San Francisco based independent film company Zealous Pictures to help finalise production of its first feature film Bokeh, shot entirely on location in Iceland (Facebook.com/bokehmovie).
Editor Adam Schoales, working for digital agency, Visual Inclination, in Toronto, has selected X2Pro, Marquis’ conversion application for delivering Final Cut Pro X projects to Avid Pro Tools for audio finishing, for the series two promo of Canada’s Smartest Person, aired on CBC in Canada.
X2Pro has been used as part of the workflow for Hollywood feature film Focus cut entirely in Final Cut Pro X. The unique workflow designed by the filmmakers to produce Focus used off-the-shelf hardware and software, including Final Cut Pro X and publicly available third-party plug-ins.
Snowdrum Audio Visual (www.snowdrum.com), based in Tel Aviv, Israel, has selected X2Pro for its latest project, Cutting Edge MD, for working with an external sound studio. X2Pro, is Marquis’ conversion application for delivering Final Cut Pro X projects to Avid Pro Tools for audio finishing.
Noam Kroll from Creative Rebellion decided to shoot his Sundance entry on a Blackmagic Cinema Camera in RAW and post produce in Final Cut Pro X and DaVinci Resolve.
In his recent interview with FCP.co Noam takes you through his full workflow which includes the use of X2Pro to create an AAF from the .fcpxml file and deliver that directly to his sound editor who could then bring that into ProTools in his excellent 5.1 studio and was able to get his session up and running without a hitch.
